Equestrian

Why is U.S. College Equestrian a Top Pathway for International Riders?

The U.S. is one of the few countries where riders can combine high-level competition with university education. With NCAA equestrian teams, IHSA (Intercollegiate Horse Shows Association), and club programs, international riders have access to structured competition, quality coaching, and exceptional training facilities.

College equestrian sports include hunter seat, western, eventing, and dressage—offering opportunities for all disciplines. Riders develop not only as athletes but also as team members and leaders, gaining skills that benefit them long after they leave the barn.
